Hatha & Hatha/Vinyasa Blend


 Level- 1 beginner to advanced yogi..  A practice of asanas and pranayama (breath work), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Warm Hatha class,  is traditional to a hot hatha practice

that emphasizes static postures;  and same postures, compared to styles with more movement or flow. 

Hatha/Vinyasa blend (45 min.), is here to get you going and moving. Breathwork, mini meditation, and move!

Buti Yoga



Level- 1 beginner to advanced yogi. Buti Yoga is a blend of yoga, plyometrics, tribal dance, strength and conditioning and primal movement. Music becomes our compass through a journey of yoga asana; the practice helps you fall in love with your workout, break through emotional and physical barriers, and transform your body, from inside you. 



 Level 1 Beginner to advanced yogi. 

This is a Gentle, Hatha/Restorative blend of yoga. Practicing breathe work (pranayama) and mostly seated asanas, sequencing minimal postures, supported by props, that allow you to completely relax and rest. Some postures held, these asanas include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Perfect for beginners, gentle practioners, or the advanced yogi-looking to find a slower and easier practice.

Yoga One ™ Gentle


100% Beginners-Yoga One;  A gentle class, with modified postures for persons with injuries, disabilities, prosthetic, or neuromuscular conditions.  This  Gentle yoga is  primarily floor-based, reclined or seated, sometimes with a few standing poses. This pracice is based on the students in class each time, and adapted to your needs when you show up on the mat.  

Yin Asana /YinNidra


-ardiNnYi niMLevel- "EVERYONE".  Initially called “Daoist” yoga; Yin Asana is perfect for beginners and athletes. An ALL  seated, floor practice.  Very gentle,  and perfect for injuries, surgeries...Targeting the deep connective tissues of the body, and the fascia  (ligaments, bones, and even the joints), as well as, organ health .

YinNidra is a traditional Yin class for 70 min. with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra and svanasana ending.  Mini YinNidra-60  min. Yin and Nidra blend.

Meditate & Go


Beginner to advanced levels

 It's a Simple Way to Reduce Stress.  Primordial Sound Meditation, followed by a quick class of Hatha, Vinyasa, and/or Get Zen, blend. Reboot the nervous system with a little stillness, and practice.




Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. IDoing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga.

During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, complementing more active practices, and an excellent antidote to stress. 



Level 1 Beginner to advanced. YinVi is a combo flow of Vinyasa that settles into Yin Asana. Focusing on breathe, core, and deep stretching. A class to be "YinVi-ous" of!  



Not limited to dancers. MUVmethod is a form of yoga designed for dancers. If you are a former dancer this class will resonate with you as well. Each week we will work on specific body parts (hip-flexors, shoulders, inner hip, lower and mid back, hamstrings, etc.) Depending on the body part being worked, some subtle anatomy and chakra work will be incorporated as well.

Yoga Shred!


 YOGA Shred is a cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) created by fitness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. You'll experience a full body, cardio workout that is takes vinyasa yoga as a starting point. Yoga Shred will improve core strength through flowing sequences and will burn fat through high intensity cardio exercises. Looking for more? Fin it in YOGA Shred!  

Vinyasa/Power Vinyasa


 Vinyasa,  all levels from beginner to advanced yogis,  is a 60 minute dynamic sequence of poses- that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of asanas. Its a style of asana based on a constant movement through sun salutations. Working on core strength and balance. This class is all levels.  Power Vinyasa is a level 2+ class for those with an established practice. Not a beginner yoga class.

Shakti Naam


 Shakti Naam addresses and focuses on deep breathing and stretching within yoga asanas, opening the meridians, stimulating the internal organs, expanding lung capacity, stretching the subtle body, and healing the mind. 

The roots of Shakti Naam Yoga are derived from a combination of a rarely known form of yoga from the Himalayas, Universal Kabbalah, and Naam. Its knowledge base also includes Eastern Oriental knowledge of the body’s meridian system. 

Yoga for Athletes


Not limited to athletes. Everyone welcome. A dynamic vinyasa class designed to release muscular, fascial and neural tension while improving strength, balance, posture, alignment and stability.  This class offers a much needed break from the stress, strain and tension that high level training and repetitive movements have on the body.  Biomechanics and joint stability are big components to this class and it's the perfect compliment to any sport or activity.

Lunch Hour 45, & Power Vinyasa


Not for beginners, Level 2+.  A Power flow of 45 or minutes. Yoga that is sure to give you a workout! In a hurry? This class is perfect for those that want to pound out teir mats and truly work hard in yoga, with limited time! Not a beginner class.



Beginners or anyone!  Our guided meditations are Primordial Sound led, or mantra based. This is a 30 or 45 minute class; to start and end your day in stillness.  Connect with the stillness between breaths;  and bring silence, flow, and harmony, to everything in between.



Level- Beginner to advanced. Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy). 



  A little hippie, and a little "yoga" centered. Love yourself by practicing self care and wellness. aromatherapy, touch therapy.  Stop by our apothecary section this winter, for oils; serums, tonics or sugar scrubs.
