Hatha, Hatha/Vinyasa Blend

 Hatha, Level- 1 beginner to advanced yogi..  A practice of asanas and pranayama (breath work), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Warm Hatha class,  is traditional to a hot hatha  and same postures, compared to styles with more movement or flow.   Hatha/Vinyasa class designed to release muscular, fascial and neural tension while improving strength, balance, posture, alignment and stability.  This class offers a much needed break from the stress, strain and tension that high level training and repetitive movements have on the body.  Most Hatha/Vinyasa blends are 45 minute moving Class! 

Buti Yoga

Level- 1 beginner to advanced yogi. Buti Yoga is a blend of yoga, plyometrics, tribal dance, strength and conditioning and primal movement. Music becomes our compass through a journey of yoga asana; the practice helps you fall in love with your workout, break through emotional and physical barriers, and transform your body, from inside you. 

Restatha™

 Level 1 Beginner to advanced yogi. 

This is a Gentle, Hatha/Restorative blend of yoga. Practicing breathe work (pranayama) and mostly seated asanas, sequencing minimal postures, supported by props, that allow you to completely relax and rest. Some postures held, these asanas include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Perfect for beginners, gentle practioners, or the advanced yogi-looking to find a slower and easier practice.

Yoga One Adaptive ™

100% Adaptive Practice. Small groups reserved for those in wheelchairs, prosthetics, injuries, disabilities, or neuromuscular conditions.  This class is a perfect, gentle,  yoga that is  primarily floor-based, chair based, reclined or seated, 

Yin Asana /YinNidra

Level- "EVERYONE".  Initially called “Daoist” yoga; Yin Asana is perfect for beginners and athletes. An ALL  seated, floor practice.  Very gentle,  and perfect for injuries, surgeries...Targeting the deep connective tissues of the body, and the fascia  (ligaments, bones, and even the joints), as well as, organ health .

YinNidra is a traditional Yin class for 70 min. with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra and svanasana ending.  Mini YinNidra-60  min. Yin and Nidra blend.

Get Zen

All levels. 

 It's a Simple Way to Reduce Stress.  Primordial Sound Meditation, followed by a quick Get Zen, gentle stretching and flow. Perfect for beginners.   Reboot the nervous system with a little stillness, and practice. It's a surprise every class!

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. IDoing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga.

During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, complementing more active practices, and an excellent antidote to stress. 

YinVi

Level 1 Beginner to advanced. YinVi is a combo flow of Vinyasa that settles into Yin Asana. Focusing on breathe, core, and deep stretching. A class to be "YinVi-ous" of!  

Yoga for Athletes/Dancers

Not limited to athletes or dancers, this MUVmethod, athletic combo yoga class, is a form of yoga designed for those wanting more from dancing or sports. If you are a former dancer this class will resonate with you as well. Each week we will work on specific body parts (hip-flexors, shoulders, inner hip, lower and mid back, hamstrings, etc.) Depending on the body part being worked, some subtle anatomy and chakra work will be incorporated as well.

Yoga Shred!

 YOGA Shred is a cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) created by fitness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. You'll experience a full body, cardio workout that is takes vinyasa yoga as a starting point. Yoga Shred will improve core strength through flowing sequences and will burn fat through high intensity cardio exercises. Looking for more? Fin it in YOGA Shred!  

Happy Hour/Power/Vinyasa

 ALL LEVELS- Happy Hour Yoga! Play, Glow, Dress up, enjoyed themed music, and just have a great workout around something fun each week!  ALL Levels- Vinyasa,  from beginner to advanced yogis,  is a 60 minute dynamic sequence of poses- that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of asanas. Its a style of asana based on a constant movement through sun salutations. Working on core strength and balance. This class is all levels. 

Power- Not for beginners, Level 2+.  A Power flow of 45  or 60 minutes. Yoga that is sure to give you a workout! The 45 min. class is perfect for those that want to pound out their mats and work hard in yoga, with limited time! NOT FOR BEGINNERS!

Shakti Naam

 Shakti Naam addresses and focuses on deep breathing and stretching within yoga asanas, opening the meridians, stimulating the internal organs, expanding lung capacity, stretching the subtle body, and healing the mind. 

The roots of Shakti Naam Yoga are derived from a combination of a rarely known form of yoga from the Himalayas, Universal Kabbalah, and Naam. Its knowledge base also includes Eastern Oriental knowledge of the body’s meridian system. 

Happy Hour Yoga!

All Levels, beginner to novice,  Happy Hour Yoga is for everyone! This class will be fun,  some Vinyasa, some Hatha, some Yin Asana. It is a blended class or different every week. A surprise to the yogi in you, needing what the universe plans! Join us every other Wednesday!

Rajati ™

Rajati means "to fall in love with". In this class we practice movement and dance, with bolster and block play. A fun and loving way to treat yourself and stretch at the same time. Builds core, strength, and ignites loving power!

Meditation/Meditate 45

Beginners or anyone!  Our  30 min. meditations are Primordial Sound led. This is a guided, then silent- meditation. Our 45 min. meditations will be mantra based or guided throughout with a focus.  Connect with the stillness between breaths;  and bring silence, flow, and harmony, to everything in between.


Kundalini

Level- Beginner to advanced. Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).

February 1-Sound Journey and Yin Asana-$40
Creator of HOHM-Bodywork and Sound Healing Space in Boise, Idaho, Chrystalina shares her offerings  in collaboration with Jaimeleigh, at The little yoga Center! 

Lovingly armed with an array of meditation tools, breath practices, musical instruments and a voices that sing to the heart, this journey will invoke an integrated and unique experience of depth, sweetness, and reflection. Release * Revel * Resonate * Remember.


Join The little yoga Center Saturday, February 1st, at 1pm., for a Yin Asana and Sound Journey practice, with Chrystalina and Jaimeleigh. 

Sound Journey is a gently guided meditative experience led by sound, song, and the collective energy in the room. With a foundation of breath, curiosity and an invitation into inner awareness, participants are led through the sonic spaces and into a state of deep relaxation. Ambient instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls, handpan, rattles, chimes, and drums may be, woven within this 90-minute Yin Asana and sound Journey, class.

The journey into this realm of resonance and reflection calms the mind and touches the heart. 

The studio will have some props on hand. Sound Journeyers are asked to come prepared with their own yoga mat if they have one- and/or cushion, blanket, and pillow. Stillness and quiet will be requested for the duration of the journey into Yin and Sound. Please register below. $40 pp. You can register by creating an account at fitli.com to reserve your seat.
