Hatha & Warm Hatha


 Level- 1 beginner to advanced yogi..  A practice of asanas and pranayama (breath work), which help bring peace to the mind and body. This class is traditional to a hot hatha practice

that emphasizes static postures;  and same postures, compared to styles with more movement or flow. 

Buti Yoga



Level- 1 beginner to advanced yogi. Buti Yoga is a blend of yoga, plyometrics, tribal dance, strength and conditioning and primal movement. Music becomes our compass through a journey of yoga asana; the practice helps you fall in love with your workout, break through emotional and physical barriers, and transform your body, from inside you. 



 Level 1 Beginner to advanced yogi. 

This is a Gentle, Hatha/Restorative blend of yoga. Practicing breathe work (pranayama) and asanas, sequencing minimal postures, supported by props, that allow you to completely relax and rest. Some postures held, these asanas include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Perfect for beginners, gentle practioners, or the advanced yogi-looking to find a slower and easier practice.

Yoga One


Full beginner and adaptive yoga. We modified these postures for persons with injuries, disabilities, prosthetic, or neuromuscular conditions.  This  Gentle yoga is perfect for beginning, injured or disabled  yogis.  It moves at a slow and steady pace. Asanas are primarily floor-based, reclined or seated with a few standing poses. This pracice is based on the students in class each time, and adapted to your needs when you show up on the mat. 

Yin Asana


Level- "EVERYONE".  Initially called “Daoist” yoga; Yin Asana is perfect for beginners and athletes. An ALL  seated, floor practice.  Very gentle,  and perfect for injuries, surgeries...Targeting the deep connective tissues of the body, and the fascia  (ligaments, bones, and even the joints), as well as, organ health .  *Please note: Yin Asana is not a restorative yoga. It is gentle, but there is no muscular practice in yin asana.

Yoga Nidra


Yoga Nidra- 

 It's a Simple Way to Reduce Stress. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn't found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.   Each time you practice yoga nidra, you're stilling the waves of the mind through conscious entry into the sleep state. 



Level-1 to 3.   Vinyasa is a 60 minute dynamic sequence of poses; that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of asanas. Its a style of asana based on a rapid flow through sun salutations. Working on core strength and balance. YinVi is a combo flow of Vinyasa that settles into Yin Asana. Focusing on breathe, core, and deep stretching. A class to be "YinVi-ous" of!

Lunch Hour & Happy Hour Power


Not for beginners, lever 2+.  A Vinyasa or Power flow of 45 or 60 minutes. Yoga that is sure to give you a workout! Made for athletes, weight trainers, crossfitters, yogis, and more.  A series of poses done in sequence with the breathe, with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. A vigorous class for students wanting more! Not a beginner class.

Meditation /Meditate 101


Beginners or anyone!  Our guided meditations are mantra based, or primordial sound led. This is a 30 minute class; to start and end your day in stillness.  Connect with the stillness between breaths;  and bring silence, flow, and harmony, to everything in between.

Meditate 101 Recommended for all levels, but especially designed for the beginner, Meditation 101 gives students the opportunity to tap into the power of the beginners mind through simple, effective, meditation techniques. This class focuses on using meditation as a tool to manage stress, improve mood/clarity of thinking, and relax the mind.  Each class will end with a symphonic gong bath. All you need in your breath, no experience required! 



Level- Beginner to advanced. Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy). 

Apthecary & Store


  A little hippie, and a little "yoga" centered. Love yourself by practicing self care and wellness. aromatherapy, touch therapy.  Stop by our apothecary section this fall, for oils; serums  or tonics.
