Courtney has training in Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Tantra, Hatha, and Vinyasa, but always remains a student and loves to learn more in her free time. She believes that yoga can heal both physical and mental pain and her passion is to help others achieve that healing.
Jaimeleigh has studied yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda for many years. She has thousands of teaching and practicing hours behind her, but continously looks "forward" to learning and growing in yoga and meditation. Her inner-focused teaching style on the importance of clear intention; and directing the breath for energetic balancing in mind and being, have kept her devoted to her practice. She believes yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation; makes an gratifying connection to the physical body, bringing calmness and balance to the whole system. This connection has helped her to grow in business, and practice in the last several Yoga Centers she has owned.

MY MISSION IS TO MAKE INNER PEACE, LOVE AND HARMONY EASY AND PRACTICAL FOR ALL. I BELIEVE ALL OF US HAVE AN INNATE INTUITIVE INTELLIGENCE WITHIN US, AND WHEN WE OPEN OUR MINDS AND HEARTS WE BEGIN TO LISTEN TO THAT INTELLIGENCE WITHIN. THAT WISDOM CAN OPEN THE DOORS THE HIGHEST VERSION OF OURSELVES, AND WHEN THAT DOOR OPENS WE EXPERIENCE UNSTOPPABLE JOY, CREATIVITY, CONNECTION, ABUNDANCE, LOVE AND EVOLVE AS A HUMAN RACE.

Dani Holscher has been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa for a few years and continuing to work on her personal practice. Connecting a single breath to every pose, energizing the body and clearing the thoughts to de-stress and realign the frame within. By linking touch to the mat, it allows concentration on the gratification of the melody to keep our figures in motion.
My philosophy towards yoga is reflected in my classes, which encourage inner and outer exploration. I want you to be kind to yourself as you listen to your body and find new horizons that you are capable of. My authentic and sometimes whimsical approach to class is designed to share ancient tradition and knowledge in a modern setting, all while having a good time!
I am passionate about making an impact on people and making positive changes. I am all about leaving the earth better than it is now and working to find ways to make changes that make a difference, Yoga has helped me with this goal and I know it will continue to play a major role in making the world a better place. I am so excited to be on this journey and to see what amazing things we are able to accomplish with the community! I can’t wait to see you on the mat!!
Teacher by trade, yogi at heart; teaching yoga is an inevitable union between a career of over 12 years of academic teaching and a practice that has guided and shaped me throughout my life.Yoga is a discipline that involves my whole being and supports health in my mind, body and spirit. Breath, movement, stillness, and focus are tools I return to, seeking and manifesting balance and clarity in each day.
Eperienced dance instructor and former NBA jazz danceer, corie fell inlove with the movement yoga gave her. She believes in self-love, stretching, flexing and relaxing the mind with yoga. Asana practice at TLYC is a given. Bringing the foothill communities together, allowing a safe and loving place to practice. Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. Yoga will help your body with stretching, strengthening, and lengthening of the muscles. It is a great practice for core work, balance, health and well-being.
Meditation unites the mind and body in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and mental well being. Regular practice will create peace, improve your breathing, and clarity. Begin your day and end your day in stillness. Everything in between will just "flow".
It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Supporting the foothill neighborhoods and communities with yoga, meditation, and wellness. Sometimes finding the right aromatherapy, touch therapy, class or service, is the key to self love.
